I. Paper department:

1.Adopt the lead edge belt absorption feeding accurate and reliable.

2.Using electromagnetic clutch and PLC intermittent simulation operation system, the paper feed can get timely response, more accurate and reliable.

3.The height of press-paper wheel can be adjusted, the suitable thickness of cardboard is 2-8mm.

4.The front baffle of feeding department and belt can be adjusted right and left.

II.The fold

1.Belt suction paper feeding method, accurate and reliable.

IV.Counting stacking Part:

1.With PLC programmable controller and touch screen digital control,  the operation is simple, the action is reliable, input data without stopping, automatic counting, automatic stacking and regular output.

2.The main motor of the counting unit can be adjusted by frequency conversion, and the starting speed is stable and reliable.

3.Cartons are conveyed by belt with neat stacking at speeds of 0-90m/min.

4.Striking cartons with beating boards has the function of rectifying deviation, and the deviation is very small.

5.Counting and putting forward adopt pneumatic mode, PLC point control, reliable action, accurate and fast.

6.The output part adopts synchronous pressing mode of bottom conveyor belt and upper pressing belt, so that the finished carton can be firmly adhered and neatly output without dislocation. The stacking height is 5-20 sheets.

7.The upper pressing belt device of the counting stacking part can be adjusted up and down by electric power.
